2022 was the year we “came back singing!” After a two-year hiatus, the festival returned to the Mielke Arts Center and Park for our 44th year. Despite a very rainy Saturday, we had a wonderful weekend with truly outstanding musicians. In 2023, with the theme “Music Under the Trees,” the festival took place the weekend of August 11 – 13, again at Mielke Park.  Our 45th year was a huge success, with beautiful weather, fantastic music, talented artists demonstrating and selling their creations, and record daytime crowds.  Bluegrass musician Art Stevenson was the 2023 Honorary Director. He passed the baton on to John Stano, Milwaukee singer/songwriter, who was selected as the 2024 Honorary Director. As such, John will be returning next year to be part of the 2024 line up. Once the festival committee has booked the other main performers, they will be posted on our website.
